Champagne Backpack LLC stands behind the quality of every ChampsPak ordered. If the product is compromised or damaged upon delivery, ChampsPak will fully refund your order once the product is shipped back with a provided shipping label. 

All other sales are final and returns are not accepted unless for defect. Products usually ship within 72 business hours, however due to high demand shipping times may vary. Not refunds will be given for delayed shipment times.

Please note: for any preorder items that shipping times are not exact. Most preorder items ship within 10-12 weeks but cannot be gauranteed. Cancellation is not accepted for preorders, but don't worry, you'll be one of the first to receive your ChampsPak and be celebrating soon!
